AquaEd Enrolments letter to Parents/Guardians
20/11/2007
Dear Parent / Guardian November 2007
AquaEd swimming lessons now run on a rolling 10 week programme, this letter is to inform you of how future re-enrolment payments are to be made.
Before re-enrolling your child please make sure that their membership is up to date as you will be required to provide your child’s membership number when you come to pay for their next course. Please also ensure that we have accurate personal details in case we need to contact you regarding your child.
You will no longer be required to return the report form to the centre. You will be able to pay directly through reception using a cash, cheque or credit / debit card. Please make sure you have your child’s membership number with you when you make your payment.
In future, you will be required to take note of the information posted on the AquaEd notice boards, which is situated opposite the village changing room entrance/exit.
Week 7 and 8
Customers will be required to pay for the next 10 week block of lessons. This payment is made irrespective of whether the child is moving class. Payment can be made at reception in person or over the phone (Monday to Friday 10:00 - 21:00, Saturdays and Sundays 08:30 – 17:00).
Any customer who has failed to pay for the next 10 week block of lessons by 17:00 on the Sunday of week 8 will lose their space in AquaEd, as we will assume that you no longer wish to continue lessons.
Week 8
All reports will be handed out to students this week by their teacher.
Week 9
From 10:00am on the Monday of Week 9 customers who need to move their child, either through progression from the instructor or due to personal needs, will need to come into reception to move their child to an available class. Whilst Receptionists are available to deal with movers from this time experience indicates that spaces are already or become available on classes of all levels throughout movers week. You will need to bring with you the movers slip from the report form. Without this a move will not be possible. In exceptional circumstances movers may apply in writing by prior arrangement only.
Week 10
Any places left on the scheme during the final week will be offered to new customers from the waiting list.
